Where do I pick up my pre-ordered lift tickets?
Good news! If you've booked lift passes through Holiday Niseko:
- Your lift passes will be delivered directly to your accommodation
- They'll be waiting for you before you check in
No need to queue or make an extra stop - your passes will be ready and waiting!
How can I modify my guest services?
To modify your guest services:
- Contact our front desk as soon as possible
- Explain the changes you'd like to make
Please note:
- Modification options depend on the cancellation policy for each service
- Earlier requests have a better chance of being accommodated

Do I need a lift ticket if I am taking a lesson?
Yes, a valid lift ticket is required for all ski and snowboard lessons in Niseko.
Key points:
- This applies to all skill levels, including beginner lessons
- Lift tickets are necessary to access slopes and learning areas
- Required at all Niseko ski resorts: Grand Hirafu, Hanazono, Niseko Village, and Annupuri
For children:
- Remember to include lift tickets when booking lessons for kids

Special note for young children:
- Lift tickets are free for children 3 and under

- These last-minute bookings or changes could result in a loss of money if cancelled, as they may fall within our service providers' cancellation policies.
