Seasonal - Resort Representative - Positions now filled

Working as a Resort Representative for Holiday Niseko you will be joining a team of approximately 80 foreign and Japanese full time and seasonal staff. You will be getting a hands-on introduction to inbound tourism and resort property management in one of the snowiest places in the world. Holiday Niseko has about 8,000 guests who will book through us for the winter and your role will be to assist these guests during their stay.
We have created a flexible working schedule that gives the opportunity to go skiing everyday while living here. Your shift will see you working as part of a team of resort reps but also independently as you will be in charge of your own van picking up and dropping off customers to meet their bus. The daily schedule is determined by the amount of arrivals, departures, snow clearing and odd jobs that need doing.

Are you interested in meeting people from around the world, skiing, snowboarding or the great outdoors? Would you like to work for one of Niseko's leading accommodation and property management companies? Do you have customer service experience, are fluent in written and spoken English and enjoy working in a team environment?
Holiday Niseko is an established travel agent and property management company based in Hirafu Niseko. We manage over 120 accommodation units and bring people from across the globe to enjoy the area's incredible snow. With over 60 winter staff we pride ourselves on providing excellent service to our guests and property owners.
As a member of our front desk and reservations team you will be responsible for communicating with, booking accommodation and services for and providing fantastic customer service to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Communicating via email to sell and book our wide range of accommodation.
- Coordinating our resort hosts to make pick ups and perform daily tasks.
- Assisting guests to make guest service bookings
- Answering phone calls and queries
Skills and capabilities
- Pragmatic and efficient when dealing with situations as they arise
- Experience with accommodation management systems preferred
- Strong written and oral communication in English essential
- Confident and experienced in customer service
- Spoken Japanese communication skills
