Employment Opportunities at Holiday Niseko
Working as a Resort Representative for Holiday Niseko you will be joining a team of approximately 50 foreign and Japanese full time and seasonal staff. You will be getting a hands-on introduction to inbound tourism and resort property management in one of the snowiest places in the world. Holiday Niseko has about 6,000 guests who will book through us for the winter and your role will be to assist these guests during their stay.
We have created a flexible working schedule that gives the opportunity to go skiing everyday while living here. Your shift will see you working as part of a team of resort reps but also independently as you will be in charge of your own van picking up and dropping off customers to meet their bus. The daily schedule is determined by the amount of arrivals, departures, snow clearing and odd jobs that need doing.

Front Desk Representative
Working as a Front Desk Representative for Holiday Niseko you will be joining a team of approximately 50 foreign and Japanese full time and seasonal staff. The role will give a hands-on introduction to adventure tourism and property management in a ski resort world famous for its snow, food and location.
We have created a working schedule that gives plenty of opportunities to get on the mountain and enjoy your time in Niseko. Almost all of our winter guests speak English so no Japanese language ability is required.
Your daily tasks will be to answer guest emails (typically related to guest services such as ski lessons etc), answer the phone, deal with any guests who visit the front office, help prepare arrival welcome packs and direct the resort reps (drivers) as needed. Staff in the back office can help with any questions you may have while working.
