When do I need to pay for my accommodation?

Our payment policy is as follows:

  1. Deposit:
    • A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
    • If not paid, your reservation may be cancelled unless other arrangements are made.
  2. Full Payment for Short-Notice Bookings:
    • If you're booking less than 60 days before check-in, 100% of the accommodation rate is due as deposit.
    • This must be paid within 48 hours of making the reservation.
  3. Balance Payment:
    • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before your arrival date.
    • Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of your booking.

Please note: Failure to make payments on time may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

To view your payments and invoices:

  1. Go to the MyBooking page
  2. Log in using your 7-digit booking ID and the email address associated with your booking
  3. Once logged in, select Booking Details and Payments to see all your payment information and invoices

Where can I see my payments and invoices?

You can view your payments and invoices on your Mybooking page. To access it:

  1. Go to the Mybooking page
  2. Log in using: • Your 7-digit booking ID • and the email address associated with your booking

Once logged in, you'll be able to see all your payment information and invoices by selecting Booking Details and Payments.

Can I pay in Japanese Yen?

Yes, we accept payments in Japanese Yen. Here's how to arrange it:

  1. Email us at [email protected]
  2. Include your 7-digit booking ID in the email
  3. Specify that you want to pay in Yen

Payment options:

  • PayPal
  • Square
  • Japanese bank transfer

We'll guide you through your preferred payment method once we receive your email.

When do I need to pay for guest services?

  • For direct bookings, we typically add guest services to your accommodation balance for convenient, one-time payment.
  • If you've booked guest services separately or after your initial booking:
    • Please make payment as soon as possible
    • Your prompt payment secures these services

Important notes:

  • Be aware of cancellation periods for each service
  • We strongly recommend paying before these cancellation periods begin
  • Cancellation policies vary by service
