Sky Station Terms and Conditions
We recommend using travel insurance to avoid losses due to flight cancellations.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation (including vehicle change, pick-up/drop-off time change and destination change)
- More than 14 days in advance - Full refund excluding remittance fees
- 14 -7 days in advance: 20% of total cost
- 7 days - 24 hours in advance: 50% of total cost
- Within 24 hours of scheduled pickup time: 100% of total cost

Flight Cancellations
On the day:
If your flight is cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled pickup time due to weather or technical difficulties - 100% of your booking fee will be charged. Unfortunately, refunds are not possible, please use travel insurance to safeguard against this.
Before the day of arrival
If your flight is cancelled more than 24 hours before your scheduled arrival, contact Holiday Niseko as soon as possible. If you notify us of any flight cancellation or change, we will make every effort to arrange a new transfer but this is not guaranteed.

Arrival Flight Delays
No change to flight number
If the flight number does not change - the car will be dispatched according to the new arrival time as per the flight number.
Change to the flight number
If the flight number is changed - contact Holiday Niseko or your Holiday Niseko Booking Agent as soon as possible. We will contact the transfer company to arrange a pickup time for your new flight.

If your flight time is changed and there is no contact with the transfer company in advance - 100% of the cost of the transfer will be charged.

Arrival Procedures
- Arrival at New Chitose Airport Procedure for Sedan/Minivan/Hiace Reservations
Arrival via domestic flight - the driver and vehicle will be ready 40 minutes after your arrival
Arrival via international flight - driver and vehicle will be ready 90 minutes after your arrival
- Arrival at New Chitose Airport (Sapporo)
- Meet with the driver at the arrivals exit - please ask at airport info desk if you cannot find your driver
- The driver will then move the vehicle from the car park to the pick-up/drop-off point (about 15 minutes)
- Depart from the Taxi lane to Niseko!
- Arrival at New Chitose Airport Procedure for Coach Reservations
Arrival via domestic flight - the driver and vehicle will be ready 30 minutes after your arrival
Arrival via international flight - driver and vehicle will be ready 60 minutes after your arrival
- Arrival at New Chitose Airport (Sapporo)
- Once all passengers are ready to depart - please ask the caller (Yobidashi staff) at the Airport exit to call for your bus
- Meet with the bus and driver at the boarding point and depart to Niseko!
If you can not find the caller (Yobidashi) please turn to the airport information desk for assistance.
If the driver has to wait without any prior notification, ¥2000 yen will be charged for every 10 minutes of waiting.
The vehicle will depart the airport if passengers are not present within 30 minutes of the meeting time.

Departure Procedures
Chalet/Lodge
Your transfer driver will stop in front of the chalet/lodge 5-10 minutes before the departure time and wait for the customer. You may be notified by the doorbell.
Hotel/Condo
Your transfer will be waiting at the hotel/condo lobby 5-10 minutes before the departure time. You may be notified through the front desk.
The vehicle will leave and the transfer will be cancelled if passengers are not present within 30 minutes of the meeting time.

FAQ and important notes
- Sky Station asks that all members of the group use the same flight
- During winter there is a possibility of flight delays and cancellations caused by bad weather
- If the driver is made to wait without any prior notification, a ¥2000 yen charge will be incurred for every 10 minutes
- Please note that Sky Station are unable to respond to delays of more than 3 hours.
- Budget Airlines (other than JAL and ANA) have a higher chance of flight cancellation due to bad weather
- The transfer will leave the airport due to no-show if customers do not appear within 30 minutes of the meeting time
