Shinsetsu Apartments are modern centrally located apartments with open plan living areas, fully equipped kitchens and a separate drying room and laundry area. A mix of western and Japanese design, these open plan apartments feature hardwood flooring and tasteful decor. Situated in the heart of the village, just moments from all the restaurants and bars, these apartments make an ideal choice for families or groups of friends looking for comfort at a good price. Choose from three types of apartment, two bedroom one bathroom, two bedroom two bathroom or three bedroom two bathroom.

The Shinsetsu apartments are located on a quiet side street just off the main road providing ideal access to everything the ski resort has to offer. The Hirafu intersection is just 100 meters up the hill where one can find all the conveniences they need from coffee shops to ski rentals.

Location to ski is far walk especially with ski boots on. Sad that the door or window to the backyard from living room was closed. When both bathroom water is being used the water pressure gets very weak and the hot water will be inconsistent.

The apartment and facilities were excellent, especially the efficiency of the dry room and convenience of the laundry. Apartment was clean and stocked with kitchen utensils that made it easy to cook at home. Nice and spacious area, very comfortable when taking a day off from the slopes. Three only issue was the oven was not working.

Located close to restaurants and food trucks etc. it’s a bit of a walk to the lifts (10 minutes uphill) but not too bad and boot lockers available at HIRAFU base for only ¥600 per day and some good coffee spots en route. Overall excellent place to stay.

Holiday Niseko staff at Hirafu were super helpful. Only thing we were disappointed about was it has a western, not Japanese style toilet

4.5 Service Location Value Cleanliness	Ski vacation - KHARIM, Indonesia Pros: We were with 2 of our teenage children. We had a wonderful time. The facilities were very good. All the amenities were there. The location is great just 5 minutes walk to the main interchange of Hirafu. The wifi is excellent, the view is great. It has a separate storage for ski equipment and also washing machine. Cons: Although it’s strange that the toilet doesn’t have a bidet/washer which is standard in Japan. Also our apartment was on the 3rd floor and since there is no lift we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs.
