I want to send my bags to the airport ahead of time.

While we can't directly assist with this service, here's what you need to know:

  • Holiday Niseko is not a TA-Q-BIN / Yamato agent
  • You'll need to arrange shipping directly with Yamato
  • The easiest option is to use the TA-Q-BIN / Yamato counter or kiosk at the airport

Important notes about TA-Q-BIN service:

  • This is not an express service
  • Allow at least 72 hours for luggage to reach its destination due to potential weather disruptions
  • Holiday Niseko is not responsible for any issues with lost luggage, missed pick-ups, or deliveries
  • We cannot offer compensation for any problems that may arise
