On check-out day:
- Leave your packed bags by the door of your accommodation by 10:00 AM
- We'll collect them for storage in our office

- Your bags can be accessed if needed during storage
- No showers or changing rooms are available at our office
- Holiday Niseko is not responsible for stored luggage; storage is at the owner's risk

I want to send my bags to the airport ahead of time.
While we can't directly assist with this service, here's what you need to know:
- Holiday Niseko is not a TA-Q-BIN / Yamato agent
- You'll need to arrange shipping directly with Yamato
- The easiest option is to use the TA-Q-BIN / Yamato counter or kiosk at the airport
Important notes about TA-Q-BIN service:
- This is not an express service
- Allow at least 72 hours for luggage to reach its destination due to potential weather disruptions
- Holiday Niseko is not responsible for any issues with lost luggage, missed pick-ups, or deliveries
- We cannot offer compensation for any problems that may arise
