International travel is currently an uncertainity but we are still getting a great number of people enquiring about the possibility of a trip to Niseko. The most commmon query we receive is, "what is your cancellation policy?"

This is something we have recently revised to add more flexibility to and hope that this will provide our guests with greater peace of mind through the booking process.

In short we have have made bookings in Holiday Niseko managed properties, made after June 1st refundable up until September 1st. If you do need to cancel on or before this date there is just a ¥5000 fee to do so. If after this date government imposed travel restrictions prevent you from travelling we will move your full balance forward to a time when it possible for you to travel to Niseko and we have suitable accommodation available or you.
