The Vale is conveniently located at the bottom of the Family ace lift and a minute or two walk to the centre of the main shopping and dining area of Hirafu village.  The Vale has set the benchmark for ski in ski out luxury accommodation in the Niseko resort area. Boasting private onsen, traditional Japanese communal onsen, designer furniture and interiors, in house dining, front desk reception area and much more. The Vale is sure to impress.

The Vale sits just meters from the base of the Ace Family Chair, has a ski rental shop on site and is just minutes walk from world renowned restaurants and eateries. It is also just a short stroll from convenience stores and a supermarket. If you feel like a spot of apre's ski shopping or a drink or two, Odin place is just a short walk from the front door. Holiday Niseko helped to organise our accommodation, lift passes and transfers. Accommodation at The Vale was awesome (incl being close to the Holiday Niseko office).

Only area for improvement was miscommunication about the transfers once we landed at Chitose airport. Took a phone call and asking for directions a few times to find out where exactly to go for the bus. Suggest mud maps are added to the booking confirmation to avoid the stress.

Central cosy modern apartment with onsen

This is our first trip in Niseko. The Vale Niseko is definitely not the cheapest but it is central. The facilities and design are new, modern and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful and they are speak English.
It is a ski in and ski out accommodation.
It is near to mini-mart, bus stop, ski field and restaurants etc.
It has its own onsen which is a plus especially when you are there during winter, soaking in the hot spring water after skiing.
If you are willing to pay more, they have a penthouse with private outdoor onsen.
I highly recommend The Vale Niseko to anyone who is going to Niseko.
