The Snowbird building is located 300 meters from the Ace Family Chair in Hirafu village and in the heart of the main shopping and dining area. 

Snowbird Studios has 7 self-contained studios and two 1 bedroom apartments. They are all fully self-contained, have wooden floors, fully-equipped kitchens, lounge/dining area and private bathrooms plus laundry/ski/dry room facilities in the building. The Studio Loft units sleep up to 4 guests comfortably.

6 of the studio units have mezzanine floors and vaulted ceilings. The apartments offer incredible convenience at reasonable rates. All units have views of either the resort, Mt Yotei or a private silver birch forest.

Snowbird's location is fantastic, providing easy access to the lifts, with the base of the Ace Family Chair just a 5 minute walk away! If this wasn't enough the Hirafu Intersection shuttle stop makes access to Hanazono a breeze. With its central location the most famous restaurants and renowned eateries in Hirafu are also at your fingertips. Convenience plus.

Stayed in a Snowbird one bedroom apartment during April. The apartment was clean, well maintained, with a kitchenette. Wifi was good and Netflix available. There is a common storage area for ski/snowboard equipment and it also contains laundry facilities. Location is great with a short uphill walk to Hirafu intersection. Joel and the team at Holiday Niseko were extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

They can pick you up when you arrive and departure, they can arrange for you.
The house was clean and tidy, fully Kitchenware, we had a wonderful night in here.

Great location, will stay again.

The apartment was great and had everything we needed for our 11 day stay. Despite just being a couple, we got a studio with a mezzanine and the mezzanine was where we stored our luggage etc. I'm not sure where we could've put it if we didn't have the mezzanine as the room was very small otherwise. The ski room and laundry facilities were just what we needed and the location was a two minute walk to the main intersection in Hirafu and about a five to ten minute walk to the bottom of the nearest lift. The only issue with the location was walking back down approx 100m stretch of mild slope in ski boots on very icy days - not fun! We would stay here again.

Good spot

We spent several weeks in the Value studio and found it very comfortable. Just 100m down from the lights at the main intersection everything you need is just a short walk away. Family lift is very close, ace 4 and gondola are a few mins more. Staff are friendly , Apple TV and internet are free, fresh towels and linen couple of times a week and bins collected regularly.
