Xmas trip at Snowbird - Nathan, Singapore

From start to finish Joel offered great assistance to sort out the booking, things we needed and he was extremely prompt in any questions we had.

We stayed at the 'budget' studio but it definitely surpassed our expectations, it was extremely roomy for 2 of us, very clean and had a very well equipped kitchen allowing us to cook for most of the nights there. Internet was fast and even having Netflix as standard on the TV was awesome for those lazy nights. The location is also perfect, right near the family lift and only minutes walk away to the local mini-mart and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again if we come back!

Great place to stay with family of 4. Just a minutes walk to shuttle station, supermarket, family lift which very convenient for me with my 2 small kids. The apartment was very clean & fell like home. My kids love the futon which located upstairs of the apartments with a nice view of the mountain. Everything is superb!! Will comeback and stay again if going to Niseko again. Booking was very convenient and easy.

Great location, right near the restaurants and convenience store. The place is also within walking distance of the family lifts.

The apartment was spacious and very clean, it had all the necessary appliances and everything was in good condition.

Would definitely recommend the accommodation to others!

2bedroom apartment - snowbird studios - Joel

Very short walk to the lifts, excellent location. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which is on the basement level but with maaad views of the forest from the bedrooms. Apartment was clean, roomy, had everything we needed. Room was located away from the street so you dont hear any noise at all from Australians going walkabout. communal washing machine and drier in the drying room worked well. Holiday Niseko provided excellent communication, booked our bus transfers as well as picked us up from kutchan at the start of the trip. 11/10 would stay again.

The apartment is in a great location and has everything that you would need for your stay. Very close to a shop, shuttle stop and an easy 5 min walk to the Ace Family Pair lift. Walking distance to everything really. We stayed in a studio plus loft. It was a tight squeeze for 4 adults but we were aware of that when booking. The staff go above and beyond to assist you to ensure you have a great stay. They booked us lessons, transfers, collected us on arrival and also collected, delivered and stored our luggage when needed. Dylan was fantastic during the booking process and provided us plenty of information and made sure we had booked everything that we needed. Was great to rock up and have lift passes in the room and ready to go. Can't fault them.
