Completed in April 2026, Setsuei is a four-bedroom, four-ensuite home in St. Moritz, Hirafu. Set over three levels, the house combines oak joinery, dark tile and exposed timber beams with a calm, minimalist interior. The main living spaces are on the top floor making the most of the Yotei views.

Lower Level – Guest Bedrooms

The lower level has three guest bedrooms, each with its own ensuite. One room has 2 sets of bunks, perfect for the kids. Every ensuite includes a WC, vanity and shower. A laundry with a Miele washer and dryer is also on this level.

Entry Level – Arrival and Master Suite

The entry level is set up for ski days. There is a single-car garage with ski racks, a timber-lined entrance with a bench, coat hooks and shoe storage. The dry room next door has a boot and glove rack and plenty of shelving for gear.

The master also has two single beds, a sitting area with two armchairs, a built-in desk and oak wardrobes. The ensuite has a separate WC and a double stone vanity. The wet room has a rain shower and a stunning round hinoki bath, the perfect place to soak after a day on the mountain.

Upper Level – Living, Dining and Kitchen

The top floor is one open-plan space for cooking, eating and relaxing. The kitchen runs along one wall with stone bench tops, an induction cooktop and a Miele oven and dishwasher. A stone island with a second sink faces the dining area. 

The living area features exposed timber beams, dark tile floors and a large sectional sofa. Full-height glass doors open onto a covered terrace with views over the trees to Mt Yotei. A powder room completes this level.
