Thank you for booking your Resort Liner Private Transfer with Holiday Niseko. Please find your Arrival and departure instructions below.

Please beware of the booking terms -  Any changes within 1-9 days prior to your travel date will be treated as a cancellation and subject to a 50% cancellation fee (a 100% cancellation fee on the day of travel). A NEW BOOKING will then be made if seats are available.

When you arrive at the airport please go to the appropriate check-in counter (see map below) and quote the booking name  for the transfers. (You do not require any vouchers or tickets)

·  If your flight is delayed the bus company will put you on the next available bus. 
·  If you arrive at the airport earlier than expected, the bus company may allow you to get on an earlier bus if seats are available. 

When you arrive at the Hirafu Welcome Center please look out for a Toyota van with green Holiday Niseko signs. We will then take you to check-in to your accommodation.

Due to road and weather conditions the buses can arrive sooner or a little later than the scheduled time.  If we aren't there when you arrive, please go into the building the bus stops at (called the Welcome Center) and tell the staff you booked with Holiday Niseko. The staff will call us and we will be there shortly.

If you arrive in Hirafu before 3pm check in time Holiday Niseko can hold your bags until your accommodation is ready.
