The standard rooms accommodate two guests in comfort with both double and twin bedding configurations.  All rooms have an en-suite with toilet, wash basin and shower.  The suite rooms offer spacious accommodation for two guests in a king-bedding configuration. Location, location, location! M Hotel is located in the heart of Hirafu just 15m off the main street. At your door is the resort shuttle bus stop, Seicomart and a slew of bars and restaurants including Tamashii Bar, Ezo Seafoods, The Alpinist, Musu and many more. Less than a five minute walk to the Ace Family Lift base it is incredibly easy to get up the mountain each morning and a short walk back after a hard day of skiing.

The M Hotel was nice and clean, the room was a good size. The shower was pretty bad, it was continually changing from scalding hot and freezing cold. The breakfast was standard Western food, although we weren't really there for the culture anyway.

The hotel is next to the circuit bus stop (number 1), so you can get on at the start of the route before the bus is packed. When we caught it, the bus was full by the third stop.

Hotel is easy walking distance to hire shops and food is everywhere nearby.

The holiday niseko staff were also really helpful in getting us lift passes and booking lessons. They also transferred us to and from the hotel on arrival and departure, which was very much appreciated.

M Hotel is always a good place to stay.
Only complaint was cleaning of rooms.
Cleaners came both times after 4 pm when we had arrived home. They didn't come back the next day. We had to ask for clean towels after 4 days.
Surely they can clean rooms before 2 or even 3 o'clock when guests ate out on slopes.
Otherwise all was good.
Staff all very friendly & helpful.
