Great apartment which was spacious and well equipped. Modern and clean and situated a short (but cold) 20 minute walk from the main part of town. The free shuttle bus stop was a short distance away and an easy walk carrying skis and wearing boots. Would recommend and stay here again. Good value for money.

Very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The only criticism was that there were no instructions as to how to regulate the central heating - which seemed to be either way too hot or off altogether. This was not satisfactorily addressed when we contacted Holiday Niseko.

The accommodation was in very good shape, clean and included about everything one could wish - though like in all cases there are some topics that could be done some other way and sometimes better (like there were no shower curtains). Overall very good accommodation and exceeded our expectations.

Thanks for the review. Apologies about the lack of a shower curtain. We took over management of this property just as winter was starting and it was an oversight in the rush to get the property ready. We will add the shower curtain.

Nice Apartment but a bit secluded

Apartment is new and clean. Every appliance is working well except for the heater that will run out of water and takes about 8hrs to reheat new batch. It would be good to have a nice coffee machine like Nespresso especially for coffeeholics like me. :)

A big problem is the location as it is located at the East Village. We need to rely on the shuttle bus which is fine for the first 3 days but one evening at 6pm, the shuttle service stopped as the main chair lift was closed due to weather. Luckily Holiday Niseko office is near there and we managed to get a ride from one of the drivers. It would be good to have your own transport but again, due to the snow conditions, it may not be safe to drive either.
