Plenty of snow in Hirafu - Angela, Australia

Every day it snowed which was great for skiing but visibility or wind kept some higher lifts closed. We were very happy with getting picked up every morning and taken to the slopes but the location was a bit misleading as it was a further walk from the slopes or nearest bus stop than was listed on the websites. The staff were very friendly and it was pleasuable and easy dealing with Holidy Niesko.

Kizuna perfect position for first time visit to Niseko - Victoria, Australia

This was our first trip to Niseko and Kizuna was perfect for its location and luxury. Kizuna’s position in Upper Hirafu was about 5-7 minute walk to both the King Gondola and new Ace Gondola at Grand Hirafu ski resort. For apres skiing activities Kizuna is walking distance in minutes from everything in the village including bars, ski shops, convenience stores and restaurants. The apartment was perfectly appointed. The kitchen was fabulous and functional. The bathrooms with rain showers were welcomed after a long day of skiing. The private, heated ski lockers made getting to the slopes very easy. The AU/Nz power outlets were handy for keeping devices charged.

Kizuna is a lovely property. Good location at upper hirafu. Close proximity to eateries and ski rental.

The apartment is clean and has a drying room right on the first floor.

The Penthouse is a Great Deal! - Ivan, Hong Kong

The layout and design of the 2-storey penthouse is good! The elevator can directly access to the foyer, the living room and dining room in the lower storey. The foyer area is very convenient with a bench for putting on/off shoes and with plenty of hangers for jackets. The couch in the living room is very comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped. The view is very open with Mount Yotei. All 3 bedrooms with their own bath rooms are on the upper storey.

The cleaning service is good. The properties location is great and very convenient. I will definitely come back to this penthouse if I come to Niseko again with a party of 6.

We loved the apartment, the view and the convenience of being in town. There was nice storage on the ground floor for equipment and the apartment was near restaurants and the lifts. We will definitely come back!
