Kabayama House is one of Holiday Niseko's most popular properties and for good reason. If you are looking for a luxurious house in a peaceful, quiet neighbourhood look no further than Kabayama House. Tastefully appointed and thoughtfully designed this three bedroom two bathroom single story home has everything you need for an unforgettable ski holiday.

The open plan kitchen and dining area is spacious and airy with floor to ceiling windows letting in plenty of light and sunshine and offering delightful views of the snowy surrounds. The Kitchen comes fully equipped with modern quality appliances, an IH cooktop, oven, dishwasher and all the kitchenware you need to prepare delicious meals for the team. 

The master bedroom comes with an en-suite and is set with two large double beds. The remaining two bedrooms are set up as two singles.

Kabayama House is just a couple of minutes drive from the Hirafu Village and the Grand Hirafu Ski area. Close to Kabayama House you will find Lupicia restaurant and deli, Elements Restaurant and the Gentem Stick store and cafe.

Note: While we offer complimentary arrival and departure pick-up service from the Hirafu Welcome Center, a rental car is recommended for this property to better enjoy access to ski fields, restaurants, and local attractions during your stay.

very nice place to stay

The house is very nice , cozy, and clean.
Everything is good. The master bedroom is very comfort in terms of bedding and toilet.
The house is well equipped, can fit 6-8 persons well.
Though the location is a bit far from center, the house offers Vans. We can go to the slope easily.

I really like this property . It is spacious , new , fully equip
and comes with a van. Everything is excellent up to the standard. The size of all rooms are spacious especially the main bedroom that comes with the en suit bathroom with bath tub. There is ample space to relax , unwind and truely relax in this property. It really makes me want to have my own
home in Niseko!!!

This is our second time that we stayed at this house for winter season. Love the privacy and its surroundings!! A little away from the hustle and bustle Hirafu but still close enough- 2km away from all the action We couldn’t ask for more.. Ashley and his team were responsive and helpful as always. We give it 5 stars!!

Beautiful home, excellent service

The house was lovely. Everything you need is there and it was clean. Exactly like in the pictures. The only downside was the hse was a little far away from town but that was quickly solved as the owner provided a van with the hse.

The service was excellent from the point we arrived until the day we checked out. The Holidayniseko team even helped us to forward our luggages to the next hotel as we had no space in the car to carry.
Kudos to them!

Fantastic Ski Lodge

The house was fantastic. New house with a modern fit out able to accommodate 7 male adults easily. Ashley and his team were very responsive and helpful. The house was a little way, 2km, out of town but the complimentary van came with the house made up for this as we were able to drive everywhere. Would highly recommend this accommodation and Ashley as host. Next time in Niseko - we'll definitely look at staying in the same spot!
