Located in Izumikyo Genji and Musashi are 2 large three level houses located just out of the Hirafu Village. 

Both houses can sleep eight people on Western beds and have capacity up to 10 people with futon bedding supplied for the extra guests. The free shuttle bus stop is only a short away and an easy way to get to the Hirafu Gondola, Dot Base and The Ace Family. The houses are just a short walk from Lawson Convenience store, NAC and a number of exciting new restaurants in the Setsu development. 

Central Hirafu Village is approximately a 10 minute walk from the door. On the top floor there is the living, dining and kitchen area. On the 2nd level there are three bedrooms. On the ground floor is the 4th bedroom, laundry and ski storage.

stayed a week. excellent location. spacious. clean. almost perfect.
just a few minor hiccups/ comments.

1. one of the house keys didn't work. had to be replaced the next day

2. the hot water temperature in the common bathroom was difficult to control. it was either very hot or boiling hot

3. it was advertised as ski in but when we arrived,we were told that it was not recommended to ski in as it was meant for expert skiers only. perhaps this should be clearly stated in the website. was disappointing

related to this was the advertised free morning transport to the gondola.if ski in isn't a viable option, the free morning transport is obviously ridiculous as we wouldn't be able to get back after skiing

have stayed in other properties using holiday niseko before and that was perfect. this time was slightly less than perfect

Musashi February 2017! Best house ever!

This accommodation was absolutely amazing.We had 10 girls staying in the house and it was the perfect amount of space for us. The location was perfect and a quick walk to pretty much everything! We got the free shuttle service to the gondolas everyday and this was such a helpful and great thing that HolidayNiseko provides.10/10!
