Overview
Flow Niseko is a three-story block of eight modern apartments in a convenient central location. The two bedroom two bathroom en-suite apartments occupy levels 2 and 3 while the four separate studios are on the first level. The basement level contains a large ski dry room and also a laundry area for the studio apartments. The two bedroom apartment have a large open plan living area with plenty of space to relax in. To keep young ones entertained every apartment including the studios comes with high speed WiFi and a free NetFlix account. Several popular restaurants are within a short walk but for those wishing to stay in and cook every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen including electric hotpot sets.
Flow Niseko is an ideal base for your winter holiday as it is located right across the street from a free shuttle bus stop allowing easy access to the slopes or even Hanazono ski area. Just around the corner from Flow Niseko is Yukoro hotspring, a great place to soothe away any aches after a day on the slopes.

Location
Located just 600 meters from the Ace Family lift, Flow Niseko is in a convenient location in the lower Hirafu village. There is also a free shuttle bus stops virtually straight outside the door for those who wish to go to the gondola or Hanazono ski area. Some of Hirafu's most famous bars and restuarants are right in this area including the Fridge door cocktail bar and Rin restaurant.

Everything you need it’s in there. Not far from the chairs and close to supermarkets. The apartment is fully loaded for a classic ski week. Everything is perfect, as you would expect in Japan.

Excellent property. Perhaps a little pricey now but everything in Niseko is.
The sofa is not comfortable and cushions fall off all the time.
Lovely view of Yotei and the apartment is well appointed, great appliances and has everything you need.
Suggest a code lock on the front door to the apartment block as the drying rooms are not secure without this.

The property was modern and well equipped, everything worked well. The staff were excellent and went out of theit way to help.
There were some problems however:
The stairs in the building are too steep and tall, and it is difficult and dangerous to climb and descend them.
The couch cushions were slippery and not properly attached to the frame - sitting was difficult and uncomfortable.
