Are toothbrushes and toiletries provided?
Toothbrushes and personal toiletries are not provided. However, we do supply the following essentials:
- Soap
- Shampoo
- Conditioner
- Hand soap
- Dishwashing liquid
We recommend bringing your own toothbrush and any additional toiletries you may need for a more comfortable stay.
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, we provide all necessary linens and towels for your stay.
What's included:
- Bed linens: Sheets, pillowcases, and comforters/duvets
- Towels: Bath towels, hand towels, and face washcloths
- Kitchen linens (if applicable): Dish towels
Important notes:
- Fresh linens and towels are provided for each new guest
- For stays longer than a week, we offer a complimentary linen change (schedule may vary, please check with our staff)
Is there cooking oil in the accommodation?
No, cooking oil is not provided. However, we do supply:
- Salt and pepper
- Complimentary tea and coffee
You are welcome to bring your own cooking oil or purchase it locally for your stay.
Does the apartment have a hair dryer?
Yes, hair dryers are available in all our accommodations.

Do I need to bring a plug or power adaptor for my computer/ electronic device?
For your Niseko ski holiday, it's important to consider the following for your electronic devices:
- Japanese Power Outlets: • Type: Type A (two flat pins) • Voltage: 100V (differs from many countries, including North America)
- Recommendations: • Bring a universal travel adaptor • Check if your devices are dual voltage (100-240V)
- Where to get adaptors: • Bring from home for convenience
Important:
- Some high-powered devices (like hair dryers) may not work properly due to the voltage difference
- Consider leaving these at home and using the ones provided in your accommodation

Are the accommodations non-smoking?
Yes, all Holiday Niseko accommodations are strictly non-smoking indoors to ensure a comfortable and healthy environment for all guests.
- Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all apartments.
- Designated Smoking Areas: Specific outdoor areas are available for smoking. Detailed information on these locations can be found in your apartment compendium.
- Penalties for Violations: Smoking inside or in non-designated areas may result in cleaning fees or additional penalties.
We kindly ask that all guests respect this policy to help maintain a clean and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.
What are the cooking facilities like in the accommodation?
Our accommodations feature fully equipped kitchens, providing everything you need for convenient and comfortable meal preparation. The kitchens include:
- Electric or gas stovetops
- Microwave
- Toaster
- Electric kettle
- Refrigerator
- Pots and pans
- Plates, bowls, and other dishware
- Cutlery and cooking utensils
Whether you're planning a quick snack or a full meal, you'll have the essential appliances to make your stay feel like home.
However, please note that some studio units may have more limited cooking facilities.
