Etsuzan is an exciting new property located in the Hanazono area just minutes from the base of the lifts. Completed in 2026, this property is a fantastic ski chalet that embraces comfort, space and the surrounding landscape.

Split over two luxurious levels, the house includes 4 bedrooms, a maid's room with a bunk, 5.5 bathrooms, a spacious lounge and beautiful views of the area. Amongst the 5.5 bathrooms are nestled two large hinoki bathtubs for your soaking pleasure. The perfect après-ski relaxation remedy.

The kitchen of course comes fully equipped with everything you need for meal preparation and has plenty of bench space. Right across from this sits the dining table which comfortably seats up to 10 guests.

The lounge, as you would expect, has plenty of space to stretch out on the stylish, comfortable sofas. Feel like watching a movie? The large screen TV has you covered. Need a break from the kids? There is a second small lounge/mahjong room complete with couch and TV tucked behind the kitchen.

If you are looking for space, comfort and a touch of luxury just minutes from the incredible skiing and snowboarding Hanazono has to offer, Etsuzan is an excellent choice. And as a little icing on the cake, Kutchan's wide variety of local restaurants are just a 10-minute drive away.
