Travel to Niseko is finally possible, your flights and accommodation are booked, transfers from the airport sorted and the kids even have lessons to go to for their first day back on snow. All that remains is for you to get to the airport, board the plane sit back and relax with a glass of wine, dream about fresh turns, great food and incredible new Japanese experiences. The first of these experiences which may not be quite so incredible is getting through immigration.

To enter Japan you either need to have had 3 approved Covid vaccinations and proof of this or a negative PCR test. Once you have the relevant documentation proving the above you can enter Japan. There is one further step that your airline will likely prompt you to take and although not compulsory it will make things much easier for you when you arrive. This is the fast track system and we highly recommend using it.
