Townhouse A is located in the lower Hirafu village just 100 meters from the free shuttle bus stop and a 10 minute walk to the lifts. To get to the lifts just hop on the shuttle which runs every 5-10 minutes to take you anywhere around the resort you wish to go. There are lots of great local restaurant favorites such as Rin, Ebisu Tei Izakaya and the Fridge Door Bar all just a few minutes walk from the door.

5.0 Service Location Value Cleanliness	Absolutely Perfect Stay in Hirafu! - Bill, United States We couldn’t have asked for a better base for our Niseko winter adventure! This condo in Hirafu exceeded every expectation from the moment we walked in. First off, the space was a huge surprise — much larger than the photos suggested, with a beautifully designed, open-plan layout that felt luxurious and comfortable for our group. Everything is finished to full Western standards (and then some): high-quality appliances, plenty of power outlets, excellent heating, modern bathrooms, and all the little touches that make you feel right at home after a long day on the slopes. Location-wise, it’s a dream. The condo sits in a quiet, peaceful spot — no noisy streets or party crowds right outside — yet you’re just a short, easy walk (5-10 minutes) from dozens of excellent restaurants, bars, cafés, and even the band new onsen. The ski shuttle stop is also super close, making it effortless to hop on and off the mountain all day without needing a car.

4.5 Service Location Value Cleanliness	Spacious and perfect for group of family - Mathew, Australia Avalon C is very spacious and perfect for a larger family of group of couples. Easily sleeps 8 people, everyone had their own bathroom and the place was stocked with all appliances, tea and coffee, washing supplies and a dry room for ski gear. Location within Hirafu was good, about 700m walk up hill to the bottom of grand Hirafu. We would not recommend getting the shuttle bus as we waited for this a few times and it was full. Value for money in Niseko is very good at Avalon.
