Aster is a sunny 3 bedroom townhouse that has everything you need to enjoy a vacation in one of the snowiest places on earth. The accommodation enjoys a wide open village out look with glimpses of Mount Yotei from the top floor. The large windows let in plenty of light and there is a covered deck off the lounge to enjoy barbecues in the summer time.

The lounge and kitchen are located on the first floor with comfortable leather couches to sit back in after a day on the slopes, a large dining table and of course a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need for meal preparation including an IH stove top, fish grill and microwave oven / oven.

Also downstairs is a bath and shower, twin bathroom basins and the laundry area.

Moving up to the second floor you find the 3 bedroom bedroom 1 is set as a double, bedroom two 2 singles and bedroom 3 a double. Tucked around the corned is the second bathroom ands toilet which also features twin sinks and a shower.

Each unit also has a space for drying clothes and place for equipment storage.

The Izumikyo area is located just out of Hirafu Hirafu Village and Aster A & B sit at the eastern end of it. They are within easy walking distance of a shuttle stop which will take you to the Hirafu Village and the Hirafu Gondola. Just a 5 minute walk away you will find a Lawson Convenience store, Tsubara Tsubara soup curry shop and Graubunden cake shop and cafe. It is a 30 minute walk to the center of Hirafu Village.

3.8 Service Location Value Cleanliness	Very good location - Benjamin, Japan Very convenient place, close to the lifts, also quiet and peaceful. The house is nice and easy to live, despite the fact it is a bite old. The entrance with ski storage is top and useful! Overall a very good stay!

Our group of three couples found the townhouse to be spacious, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for a winter getaway. The open-plan lounge and kitchen area was a great space to unwind after a day on the slopes, with cozy leather couches and a well-stocked kitchen for cooking meals together. The moment we walked in, we couldn’t help but feel like we were cast in Terrace House—the stylish yet homey setup was giving us all the vibes! Naturally, the first thing we did was put on an episode to set the mood. The bedrooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with huge beds that made for a great night’s sleep after a long day in the snow. Having two bathrooms with twin sinks also made getting ready in the mornings much easier. Plus, there was even a tub in one of the bathrooms, which was perfect for soaking our sore muscles after a day of intense snowboarding and skiing! The drying area for gear was a huge plus, keeping everything organized and ready for the next day. We rented a car instead of using the shuttle, and it was super convenient—there was plenty of parking right in front of the house, and it was just a quick 5-minute drive to Hirafu Village. Being able to get around easily made the trip even smoother. One of the best things about Aster was the ample heating throughout the house, which made it extra cozy after coming in from the cold. It kept us warm and comfortable the entire stay—absolutely perfect for winter! The large windows let in so much natural light, and we even caught glimpses of Mount Yotei from the top floor. We can only imagine how nice the deck would be in the summertime! Overall, Aster was the perfect home base for our ski trip, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!
5.0 Service Location Value Cleanliness	Comfortable and clean property with good access to resorts (with car) - Bryan, United States Clean property with a nice kitchen and dining area, with a heated entryway that helps with drying ski gear. 15 minute drive from Niseko resorts, and 40 minutes from Rusutsu, so having a car is ideal here.
