The property was absolutely in the best position - close to convenience stores, restaurants, ski hire and within an easy walk to the Ace Family chair lift. It was very well provisioned and great for a group holiday.

I went to Niseko second time this year. Last year I stayed in Ruby chalete and this time I stayed in Asuka value.
When I searched the accommodation,I thought the location very important for ski lift.
Asuka is quite close to the lift,but we needed up hill a little. However the location is very nice. It takes about 7 minute to lift.
Moreover most restaurants and shops, mart are close.
The accommodation seems like just a picture.
But one room is quite small, so we couldn't open the luggage in the room.
Another one is quite spacious.
We were all 3 people, I think the flat prefer for 3 people.
It didn't have a washing machine and local telphone.

The property was modern and well equipped, everything worked well. The staff were excellent and went out of theit way to help.

There were some problems however:

The stairs in the building are too steep and tall, and it is difficult and dangerous to climb and descend them.

The couch cushions were slippery and not properly attached to the frame - sitting was difficult and uncomfortable.

This was the fourth time we have stayed in Shiki and Koyuki and we will continue to whenever we visit Niseko.
The accommodation is excellent especially with the use of the Toyota van. The townhouses are modern, comfortable and well maintained and the staff at Holiday Niseko are extremely helpful and friendly. We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.
