No hidden fees. Holiday Niseko prides itself on open communication with our owners and personalized service.
Management commission: 10% of gross booking value
Unlike other property management companies the 10% management fee includes the below services at no additional charge:
- Arrangement of house and contents insurance as well as personal liability insurance
- Tax proxy for paying your fixed asset and acquisition tax
- Monthly financial statements
Booking commission: 20% of gross booking value
5% lower than our competitors
