1) Is bedding provided?

 

Yes, all bedding linen is provided.

 

2) How often is the linen changed?

 

Towels are replaced mid-week and sheets every seven days or on request for a small fee.

 

3) How often are the apartments cleaned?

 

The apartments are lightly serviced and garbage removed every three days

 

4) Are the apartments non-smoking?

 

All apartments are non-smoking. Outside ashtrays are provided at the entrance to the apartments.

 

5) What are the cooking facilities like in the apartments?

 

The apartments have fully equipped kitchens that include an electric or gas elements, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and refrigerator.

 

6) How do I get to the ski slopes from the apartment?

 

The most convenient way is to use one of the free shuttle bus services.  The shuttle buses run every 10-20mins between 8:30am and 21:00 from early December until early April. 
The bus service may be suspended if the ski lifts are closed due to bad weather.

 

7) Is there internet access in the apartments?

 

There is free broadband wireless access in all apartments except Yukon 2 which has a LAN connection.

 


8) What TV channels can I watch on Satellite TV?

 

There is a wide range of English language TV channels including movies, sports, cartoon, documentaries, music and news.

 

9) Does the apartment have a washing machine?

 

All apartments except Asuka 8 and Asuka Value Apartments are equipped with a washing machine. In addition there are free washing washings and coin dryers located in beside the ski storage and dry room. Washing powder is provided free of charge.

 


10) Does the apartment have a hair dryer?

 

Yes, every apartment has a hair dryer.

 


11) Do I need to bring a plug or power adaptor for my computer/ electronic device?

 

The voltage in Japan is 100 volt and Japanese electrical plugs are identical to North American 2 pin plugs.
